Gin Tasting and Networking Event @ Republic of Fremantle
WASBC kicked off it’s return to social events post the snap Covid lockdown with a successful night of banter, exotic cheeses and possibly the most delicious gin and vodka to ever get made in this country. Members and newcomers to WASBC were treated to a guided gin tasting session where all attendees got to taste the base wine, also locally sourced and made, as well as the vodka and gin the wine eventually gets transformed into. Everyone also got to ask Dhivashini, our expert guide, questions on the various stages of gin production as well as the impressive distillery machine on display.
During this sold out event, much laughter and even more business cards were exchanged throughout. All in all, the night was a huge success and multiple guests expressed a keen interest in signing up for membership with WASBC.
